    Q: What’s your company’s MOQ? (Minimum Order Quantity)
    A:
    1 20GP container with 8-10 models will be required for the minimum. 
    Q: what’s the warranty policy? Can I refund my payment or replace products?
    A:

    We do have a warranty policy for all the products we provide. For most of the ceramicitems, we offer a warranty for 10 year time; and for those spare parts or items that are not produced by our factory, it could be only 2 years only. For more info, please contact your sales person.

    Q: Any free Sample to provide? Is trial order acceptable?
    A:

    We do provide samples for clients for FREE, but it doesn’t cover the deliver free or cruiser fee. So, the recipient who requires it will have to pay for it. And the sample needed to be paid before delivery, which will be refunded after the first order was made.

    Q: Do you provide spare parts? And what’s your spare part policy?
    A:

    We outsourced more our spare parts with long time partner-ship from the suppliers, which have been tested by thousands with great reliability. We would recommend clients to order 2% more spare parts, and all the replacement spare parts will be shipped next order if any claim.

    Q: How do you test your products before shipment?
    A:
    Weston has fully committed for the quality control system and management, in which we test every single product at least 4 times, particularly for the toilet category. And additionally, it’s welcomed to send your inspection team or manager to complete the whole process of inspecting, which will give you confidence.  
    Q: Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
    A:

    Yes, we can provide them both, but there are different policies applied for them.

    For OEM, we can provide clients with their customized logo printed and cartons requirements.

    For ODE, the policy will be stricter, which also means we should work together more closely for better achievements. The minimum order normally will be 300 PCs per model per month with a long-term partner-ship for over 3,000 PCs for total, and you will be charged by the product initialization fee, which mostly comes from the model design and development cost. However, all of them will be refunded eventually after the agreement is fully accomplished.

    Q: What are your terms of payment?
    A:

    T/T. 30% before production, 70% before shipment. We'll show you the photos of products and packages before delivery.

    Q: Can you produce according to the samples?
    A:

    Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
